Kindergarten everyday life
OPENING HOURS
We are open from 7.00 am to 6.00 pm all year round with the exception of public holidays and the two-week technical break that normally falls in the second half of July. This is when much-needed renovation work is carried out in the kindergarten.
SMALL GROUPS
We run age groups from 3-year-olds to 6-year-olds. The small group size of 16 ensures that the children have the opportunity to make closer friends, the teacher has an individual approach to each child. Due to this the children are adequately prepared for school and have proper social development.
There is also a group of 2 year olds within the kindergarten, following the nursery programme.
DIDACTIC WORK
The daily timetable is designed to ensure an even distribution of activities and their variety. The timing and frequency of activities are adapted to the age and developmental abilities of the children. REST
For the sake of harmonious emotional and intellectual development, we want to provide children with time to relax, calm down or sleep. We encourage preschoolers to take the rest they need after an active morning and before the afternoon’s activities. That’s why we create conditions for children to sleep or relax, tailored to their needs.
